I am a live in landlord with my partner in a two bedroom property in Bexhill on Sea. The room I have to offer is a double bedroom, fully furnished and the occupier will have access to the rest of the flat, where there is a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom with a shower and separate bath. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher which the occupier shall have access to. Broadband is included.

The flat is close to the park and the beach and the train station is within walking distance. There is on street parking but will require a permit. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant
