Double room in lovely quiet flat

Hi I own a lovely 2 bedroom first floor maisonette in a quiet cup-de-sac which is a 5 minute walk from bexhill station and the sea front.

I live there part time with my 2 year old lovely friendly cockerpoo who is hypo allergenic and doesn't shed or make any mess.

I am looking for a friendly polite and tidy professional that I can trust to look after my home when I am not there and who is happy to hang out when I am.

Flat is recently refurbished with a brand new high spec kitchen. Use of Washing machine and dishwasher included. (Bathroom being done next year)

Broadband included.

Communal garden.

Rent will be £600 per month and half the energy bill (currently £45 each per month) all other bills included.

I was cabin crew for 10 years so am very used to flat sharing with all types from all walks and understand the nature of shift work if that is relevant to you. All genders and nationalities are welcome and very LBGT friendly.

Room is currently having a fitted wardrobe made and has a single bed and desk in, these can be put into storage if you want to bring your own bed etc in.
