The rent includes all utilities, internet and Council Tax. We have a large front grassed area with brick block driveway with parking for several cars. The rear garden is tiered with steps to each level. The top level has decking and planters and a mature apple tree. The view from the front of house looks out over hills and fields. Both fields have cows in from April to October. There is also a pond with ducks and wild fowl. We have a Cockerpoo puppy (8 months old). The sea is also visible from the house and is only a few minutes walk away as is Seaford sailing club and the beach. Bishopstone station is 12 minutes walk from the house and the bus’s-stop is at the end of the road 4 minutes walk.
