We are looking for a professional female for our good sized downstairs double room with its own ensuite wet room and kitchenette with new Sage smart oven and air fryer, hob and fridge and freezer, with shared use of utility area with washer and dryer with quiet private entrance to accommodation. The main room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chairs.
This is a single occupancy room which is nice and homely with its own parking space and outdoor seating area that catches the evening sun. It is in a village location about 6 miles from Hailsham and 7 miles from Heathfield.
The electricity is charged monthly on top of the rent. First months rent and deposit required before move in date.
