I am leaving this lovely single room as I am gonna move in with a friend.

It is located just below Preston Park, 10 minutes walk from London Road and Seven Dials alongside several bus stops heading to the town centre.
The house is 2 floors (room is on the first floor), very quiet and has got 2 bathrooms, a small garden on the back and a nice shared living room.
The room is furnished with a single bed, mattress, desk and bedside table. I have a bookshelf, chair and a storage cabinet which I am willing to sell for a cheap price if needed.
There is NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED, bills are included excluding water which is split between the tenants. Pets are consider, as I was allowed to keep my kitty however this needs to be further discussed with the landlord for approval.
The contracts ends on the 20/08 as the house has already been sold to the University of Sussex.
