Lovelysunny single room with sea views

I have a lovely sunny single room in Hollingdean (right on the 50U Bus route) with views to the sea. The room has loads of storage, with a comfy new bed, clean, nicely decorated and full of light. It would be living with me and my daughter (14), and our 2 gorgeous dogs. We have a huge garden and are right on the edge of the downs, with views over the hills and out to sea. Were 5 mins walk from Moulsecoomb train station, 15 mis walk to Preston park, 20 mins walk to London rd, 30 mins walk to town, and you can actually walk over the hills to the Uni, its a lovely walk. We are easy going and creative people used to sharing our space. The room is £400 pcm with a £50 contribution towards bills. I can be flexible as to how long/ short the let is..
