Bills are managed by the landlord under an optional service management agreement. A basic amount of £125 per room is included in rent quoted above. Tenants remain liable for all bills, so the amount may increase in winter with additional use by tenants.

Note for students. This house is a fair distance from the Brighton and in particular the Sussex university campuses. Please only apply if you are comfortable with the distance. The bus route to Falmer is quite long with several changes.

Additional conditions:
1) A holding fee of 1 weeks rent will be required to secure the room prior to the start of your agreement.
2) We have a maximum of 5 persons sharing the house. Therefore ALL rooms are single occupancy. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3) The shared nature of this property makes it unsuitable for children and pets.
4) All new tenants must provide references / pass credit checks. NO EXCEPTIONS
