Bills are managed by the landlord. A basic amount of £100 per room is included in rent quoted above. Tenants remain liable for all bills, so the amount may increase in winter with additional use by tenants.

Note for students. This house is a fair distance from the Brighton and in particular the Sussex university campuses. Please only apply if you are comfortable with the distance. The bus route to Falmer is quite long with several changes.
