Spacious Double Room available in flat share on Stanford Road off Seven Dials. Very close to local shops and a 10 min walk to Brighton Train Station / City Centre.

Spacious first floor room with high ceilings and sash windows, plus an additional 2nd room for storage / extra living space. The 2 rooms themselves are up your own set of stairs.

Flat has a garden, dining room with table/communal area, bath, walk in shower, oven, hobs, washing machine, full central heating and wifi. The boiler is excellent, so the heating and hot water are always as we need them.

We're looking for a housemate ideally working 9-5 but not essential as we want to find a good fit for the house.

We're definitely not a party house. We both have our own social lives, and do other activities and hobbies outside of work so looking for someone who has a similar routine, but someone we can also get along and have a chat with.

Bills are not included and come to around £100 a month depending on the season.

Must be willing to share cleaning responsibilities, which we do on a rota - as well as taking out the rubbish and contributing to household cleaning products.

We're right next to supermarkets, shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes - with parks and beach are also within walking distance.
