My name is Clement and I'm looking for a new housemate to join my lovely 2 bedrooms house place !
The house is really atypical with a nice decoration all around the house. We also have an amazing antique bathroom ! The kitchen is really functional and contain everything you need: cooker, washing machine, hoven, microwave and I have also a whole set of cuterly and stuff to cook.
In terms of location, all supermarkets are within 1min distance of walk, city centre 5mins and train station 10-15mins away only. Also last but not least, the sea is just down the street within 2-3minutes walk!
The bedroom itself is really bright and comes with a double bed, a desk, and has already some shelves and dressing !
We also have a patio with lovely coach and bench, ideal for a BBQ and drinks outside 😊
Regarding myself, I'm a 29years old professional man (speaking English and French) who is working in an office in London most of the time. I am really easy going and is capable to live with almost everyone doesn't matter where you are from or what you like in life. I'm really sociable and would love to share sometimes with my next housemate just chilling !
I'm offering the room for 700£ per month ALL included (with Internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, BT Sport access) so no extra for you and no bad surprises ! If you fancy having a look around feel free to contact me, I'm available all weekend (24th 25th of July 2021 between 1-7pm)
