Professional House Share - Central Brighton

We have a furnished double room in a happy shared house in the heart of Brighton - opposite North Laine overlooking Valley Gardens. It's only a few minutes walk down to the sea and within close proximity of the vibrant North Laine and the London Road shopping areas.

We are a very friendly and open professional/academic household. You would be sharing with five others. We are looking to replace a housemate who is moving out. The housemate we are looking for is 23-29 yrs old, a professional/academic, with good references.

The house is on four floors. The room offered is on the 1st floor, east facing. It is medium in size has a double bed and a walk in closet.

There are two bedrooms on each of the floors above the communal ground floor so, even though six people sounds like a lot in a house, you actually share the whole floor with one other. The central stairwell separates the rooms so you can be as quiet as you wish in your room and as sociable as you wish on the ground floor where there is a sitting room, large eat in kitchen and a patio garden.

The sitting room is on the ground floor with comfortable seating, satellite TV etc. The eat-in kitchen contains an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, fan oven, combination microwave, five-burner gas hob and leads out to the patio garden.

The kitchen has all the cutlery, crockery, utensils, pots and pans and food storage you need.

There are two bathrooms (one with a tub and the other with a shower cubicle), plus an extra WC. You'll never have to wait!

The rent includes Council Tax, superfast broadband, satellite TV, regular cleaning of the common areas.

The Electricity, Gas and Water bills are shared equally with the other housemates.

The house is managed by our live-out landlady who will be your initial point of contact. If you fulfil the criteria we will invite you to view the rooms. There are no fees or commission to pay.
