Hello! I have a lovely large double room in my Brighton home. My house is tidy and well cared for - cosy in the winter and sunny on the roof terrace when the sun is out.
I'm a tidy, respectful vegetarian who is looking to share with someone like-minded. I enjoy meeting new people and like having a chat, but equally I value my own space and like to come home to relax - so it's not a party house.
The room includes a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also plenty of room for a desk and armchair if you wanted. The room would really suit a working professional or mature student.
Single occupancy only. I am open to Monday-Friday lets too if that is something you are looking for
Location: It's 5 mins walk to the station, 3 mins to the bus stop and 10 mins walk to north laines - this is a GREAT LOCATION!
