Hello! I have a lovely double room in my Brighton home. Rent includes all bills and shared use of beautiful large kitchen, bathroom and sun terrace (if it ever stops raining!)
The room is quiet and overlooks gardens. The whole house is well cared for and I am a clean and tidy vegetarian who would prefer to live with someone like minded. I enjoy meeting new people and like having a chat, but equally I value my own space and like to come home to relax - so it's not a party house.
The room includes a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. It is well suited for mature students, or working professionals. If you have your own things, then of course you are welcome to move things around and I can rehouse the desk if you don't need it.
Location: It's 5 mins walk to London road station, 3 mins to the bus stop and 10 mins walk to north laines - this is a GREAT LOCATION!
