Description
We're looking for a 4th person to join us in our spacious shared house on Hartington Road, just off of Lewes Road and is available for a long term let.
Just a 30 minute walk to the seafront, with a Sainsbury's, Co-Op and ALDI practically on our doorstep and a bus stop into town at the bottom of the street. Also the quirky pubs of Hanover are just a stone throw away.
We're a friendly bunch, all in our 30/early 40s, and generally work 9-5. We don't live in each others pockets, but occasionally socialise every now and then.
The house isn't a party hotspot, and that suits. Though the kitchen is a great spot for entertaining, with no smoking allowed in the house, but fine in the garden.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, respectable and clean. We do our own food shopping, but all chip in for house essentials, (toilet roll, hand soap, cleaning products, etc), This works for us and we plan to keep this current set up. We also all muck in with cleaning the shared spaces of the house and would expect the same with a new housemate.
It's a joint tenancy, through an agency starting on the 1st April. The rent is £600 a month + £600 deposit. Bills come in at £67.50 a month+£55 council tax, and this includes Electricity, Gas, Water, Wi-Fi and the few quid towards house essentials. council tax is
Close to local shops and bus routes:

- 20 Mins walk to Station.
- 30 Mins walk to Seafront.
What's included:
- Well equipped kitchen
- Communal lounge
- Furnished double bedroom
- Broadband
If you've got a car, we're in Zone S. Which doesn't currently have a waiting list.
We're hoping to hold viewings this week & next, so please do get in touch if you're interested 😊
If you haven't got a profile, if you could tell us a bit about yourself, that would be really helpful.
Look forward to hearing from you
