Spacious double in central Brighton townhouse

Looking for a lodger match for my sunny, very large, double room in a warm and welcoming home in North Laine, three minutes from the station. This is a peaceful, LGBTQ-friendly and creative home. Would suit a professional or a mature student. Central location in heart of North Laine on characterful Victorian terraced street. Close to all amenities. Short walk to sea front. The room available has a comfy double bed, desk, storage and armchair. Shared facilities include a spacious well-designed fully-fitted kitchen and a modern power shower, bath and bathroom. House is set across three floors and has a sunny backyard. You will be sharing with me full-time, and with my two eleven-year-old children part-time (three nights per week). We also have a tabby cat. My work sometimes takes me away so you would have the home to yourself (plus cat!) at times.
