Great area very handy

The room can be yours for £35 per night with exclusive access only for your use while you are staying i. e. We will not let the room during the days you are not staying at no extra cost.. a lovely quiet double room in a semi-detached home south-facing garden. Sharing kitchen, bathroom, and garden. We have a cat so must be ok with that. On bus route, near to Brighton marina and hospital, so ideal for hospital workers. 5 minutes from the seafront. 20-minute walk into town. Coop and Lidl are on the doorstep. Great area.
