Hi All,

We have 1 rooms becoming available in our rented flat and looking for professional sharer.

The flat is located in the well-known art deco 1950s "Embassy Court" located 10 minutes from Brighton town centre and located a stone throw from the beach front.

The advertised room costs include all bills and rent (payed from one account and split as evenly as possible)

The flat has 1 bathroom (bath/ shower combo, toilet and sink), a separate small WC toilet, Good sized kitchen with Oven, Microwave, washing machine, quite modern and clean.

The room size are listed below;
Large Single room: 2m 50cm * 2m 70cm

At current we have a professional couple renting two rooms, and an additional male housemate who is renting the upcoming other room.

The current occupants staying are a professional engaged couple, friendly and non-drinkers or smokers. We are welcoming and friendly and not party people, just looking for a relaxed home to come back to.

We are mixed nationality (English and Slovakian) and easy-going people.

From myself, I have lived in this flat for over 7 years now and haven’t had any issues at all with the landlord (silent party) and like the flat so much I’ve stayed the years
