There is a large garden in the front and back - which you are free to use with patio, BarBQ and furniture.

There is a friendly cat that lives here. The other housemates include the landlady and teenage son.

Great location for Universities and hospitals. 30 min walk to Brighton centre. Many Buses including: 2, 21, 22 & 36B.
Buses 21 & 22 can be caught from "Queens Road Junction", Elm Grove or there are many buses from Lewes Rd (at the bottom of Hartington road) bus stop "Melbourne Street".
