I’m looking for a new flatmate for my current flatmate as I am moving away due to work.
Happy to consider short-let’s or mon-fri lets if you’re only in town for uni or work during the week and away on the weekend.
The apartment is very central in the middle of the lanes, 1 min from buslinks on North Street and taxi rank, 12 min walk from Brighton Station.
It’s a top floor, ‘penthouse’ type of duplex apartment with seaview rooftop balcony overlooking the historic Brighton Lanes. It's 2 bed, 2 bath split level, very spacious and unique looking.
The living space is very large and spread over two floors, with a very own roof garden with sofas, cushions, plants and sunshine.
The kitchen is fully equipped has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, grill and oven, ceramic hob, kettle etc.
Simon is quite the foody so there's a lot of great gadgets about.
Lounge is very bright and airy, with lots of sunshine. Smart widescreen tv with Netflix and amazon prime subscription, an amp and a surround sound system. WiFi throughout the apartment with unlimited broadband.
And a football table! There’s also exercise bike and light gym equipment.
The bedroom is also very large with a fair amount of storage space and a superking bed. It has large windows facing the seafront. Lots of space, bright and airy. It benefits from a walkthrough dressing area and a generously sized ensuite shower room with a shelving unit, towel rail, basin, and toilet.
It’s furnished, however still get in touch if you have your own furniture but love the look of the place. I can easily move with it as I will need furniture in my new home. Likewise, if you have no furniture of your own, I’m sure we can organise it.
You will be sharing with Simon, a professional male in his 30s who enjoys cooking, cycling, rugby and hiking.
Bills come to about £300 a month which will be shared equally. The bills be are less during the summer due to more daylight hours and no heating being needed.
