Double room in Hanover.

We are looking for a sociable/friendly/chilled out housemate to share with three likeminded others in our excellent four bedroom house in the Hanover area. We would prefer a reasonably tidy professional in full time employment. The room ia unfurnished, the house has a good Wi-Fi internet connection, a large lounge, large kitchen/dining area (with lots of cooking space), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, spare room for guest/guests and paved garden. We are only a ten minute walk from Brighton Centre/Brighton train station and there is also street parking (permit required). Rent is very reasonable at £468 pcm and bills are around £150pm.
