Awesome Flatmate Required

We are looking for an easy going, friendly new flatmate for a double room in a 3 bed house share. We live in the hanover area (close to the level). Rent doesn't include bills (apx £90). We have a nice little garden that's a bit of a sun trap in the summer. Good location, 15 minutes to station, centre, beach. Lots of nice pubs in the area.
