Located along the seafront, just off western road and 10 minute walk to the centre of town/ pier and 15 to the train station, a very spacious double room is available from the 12th of February - 8th of March.
the photos are all taken of my room, and the musical gear will be taken out of the room for the occupent.,
The room is in the famous Embassy Court building, and has access to a balcony, and roof access overlooking the sea.
The room comes with an HD TV with a HDML cable, big speakers, double bed and storage for clothes, and a sofa. The room shows a mattress on the floor currently, however happy to supply a bed frame should the new tenant require it.
The flat itself will be shared with 3 other professionals who are extremely friendly, and has 1 big shared bathroom and also a separate WC, alongside a share kitchen.
I am asking for 450 for that whole period.
