I have a large double room with its own bathroom in a friendly house in Brighton suitable for a professional female.
I am Danish and there are currently three other female tenants: Lithuanian, Spanish and Swedish.
The house is a 10 minute walk to Churchill Square and the Seafront. It is 5 minutes to the local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs ... whatever you need.
The house has central heating, broadband, washing machine, dryer, lounge and garden. You will share a kitchen/diner with one person. There is no smoking in the house.
The room is available now for 6 months.
You must be in regular employment.
The rent is £500.00 pcm. This includes all bills: Gas, Electric, Broadband, Water and Council Tax. A security deposit of £500.00 is required.
