Double Room - First Floor Flat

The room will come part furnished with a queen sized bed. The room also comes with a built in wardrobe and two bedside tables as shown in the pictures.

Preston park station is within short walking distance for commuters and the 5 bus stops opposite the flat for easy access to the center of Brighton.

I work 8-5 Mon-Fri and would like to find someone who is currently doing the same. I'm really laid back and sometimes like to just wind down after getting home but would like to find someone who I get along with and can sometimes socialize with after work. I'm quite tidy and would like to find someone similar.

All bills are included in the rent and this includes WIFI, Virgin TV, council tax and utilities,

There are no agency fees.

There is parking available outside the flat on a first come first serve basis. You'll always get a space no further then 1 minute from the flat. I also have a garage which you can store some things in too.
