I am looking for a working professional person, to take over from my existing flat mate. A good size double bedroom, modern decor, central location, with built in kitchen appliances (oven, hob, washing machine and D/W. Plenty of storage space and built in wardrobe with rail. I am a professional person working in the pharmaceutical industry, working from home (based in my bedroom) I keep myself to myself, I also have a boyfriend who stays a few nights a week. I want someone friendly, independent and trustworthy.
It is an initial 6 month let, with possibility to extend.
Anyone interested will need either a home owner UK guarantor, earn over £19000 p/a or if possible 6 months rent up front.
