I have a 2 bedroom flat located on East street in the heart of Brighton, on the sea front with a genuine sea view, 20 meters from the beach.

I'm looking at renting out a room for 6 months initially with option to extend.

There is the option of either:
A single room at £600 per month.
Or
A double room at £700 per month.

Sharing with one other.

Single occupation-no couples.

Available the beginning of April

First month rent and deposit required in advance.

Bills:
Contribution to gas and electricity.
Included in rent Water wifi council tax service charges
