Double room in central 3 bed house

A bright lovely double bedroom has become available in a house in Hanover area to be shared with two professionals. Being quite busy with various working hours we tend to not spend too much time together but are always up for a chat and some socialising when able :)

Being just on the edge of Hanover we are a very short distance to the beach, town centre, train station, hospital, the Level and Queens Park etc, a perfect location for access to Brighton and Hove.

The house has a large shared sitting room/dining area on the ground floor together with the kitchen and the bathroom. A small patio area is also available.

Bills are now of approx £140 per month (dependant on utilities usage) will be added, to include your share of Council tax, utilities, fast Wifi and TV.

The room is currently unfurnished but can be flexible towards furnished and there is also a bit of flexibility regarding the moving in date.
