I currently live with 2 other great housemates ( 1 male, 1 female) who are both working professionals. The house isn’t a party house but that’s not to say we don’t go out as a house for a few sociables to chill.
I love this house and I’m only leaving because of work commitments. The house is situated in a great area with everything Brighton has to offer right on your door step.
The future housemate: We would be looking for a working professional who is social, easy going, tidy and respectful to the house and your future housemates. The ideal candidate would between the ages of 24-35
The Rent is 572 plus bills, the bills normally come in at £80 and that includes council tax, gas, electric, WiFi and water.
