Hi, this is a cozy and compact room overlooking the back garden in an alternative shared house on the right side of Fiveways near Blakers Park with a live-in landlord, his female partner, two male lodgers and a lovable dog and cat

If you’re friendly, enjoy your own company but also like to sit round the kitchen table for a cuppa and a lively discussion over the matters of the day then you’ll most likely fit in like hand in glove
it's so important to get the balance right in a shared house such as this so here are a few pointers to whom would suit
Firstly please note, for security reasons I don't reply to accounts that fail to show a profile picture of your face. Also the more you descibe yourself in the intial message the better.
I'm not into people working full-time from home I’m afraid as I don’t want my house turned into a work environment, sorry.
Although being a smoker is not compulsory be aware that i currently have smokers as tenants and I allow smoking in the shared breakfast room/kitchen which may not work for you if you're strongly adverse to this bad habit!
All current residents are meat eaters so bear that in mind.
The house is generally quiet but there is a possibility of noise from residents and their guests if we entertain in the evening
My dog, Scoobie, who is lovely but can bark a bit, (especially if someone comes to the door!)
Also a fluffy cat, Lady Hazel, so if you have allergies that might be a thing.
in addition to your room and the shared bathroom next door I allow access within reason to the kitchen, downstairs shower room and a small but sweet back garden, .
I allow with previous permission your well-known guests to stay in your room at a £10 per night surcharge (ie old friend or family member coming to visit for a weekend)
