Single room available in terraced house in Hanover area of Brighton. It is a registered HMO and as such has all the safety certificates checked and up to date.

Public transport is good, the house is serviced by buses going up Elm Grove and those along Queens Park Road, or 15 minutes walk to the station. The house has been gutted and rebuilt within the last 10 years, so decor is modern - no magnolia paint! There is a good tv picture.
