Short Term Double Ensuite Rooms Kemp Town

Hi!
I'm Mary and I live in a 3 bedroomed ( all ensuite ) duplex apartment in a super central location 2 minutes from the Pavilion and 5 from the beach.

I rent out an ensuite room - furnished ( towels and bedding can be provided too) - and can be accessed through the upstairs front door and living room or accessed privately through French windows and the patio. Photos are a little out of date - room no longer has a desk

There's a communal living room and kitchen

Bills are included but I must warn you that it is a cold flat and we are super careful with the hot water and heating bills in the winter months.
