Large utility room with 2 fridge freezers and 2 washing machines. Basic garden for the summer months as well. The house is on a close with free parking and loads of space.

The whole property has recently had a big makeover. New bathroom, some new carpets and everything freshly painted.

High Speed Broadband, Gas, Electricity and all council tax and water bills are included.

The room comes fully furnished (Bed, Wardrobe, Bedside table - but can all be moved out if you have your own furniture.
