Sunny Room In Friendly Family Home

We have a single room (currently with a small double bed, but could change to a single it you prefer floor space) to rent to a mature / quiet student at either university.

Photo of the laptop is just as an example and not included with room. Happy to change the chair shown to an office chair if needed and fit shelves.

The house is a lovely three bed terrace with a large kitchen diner and good garden. There is fibre broadband and all bills are included.

I live with my 13 year old son and the room will only suit a quiet person. (not really open to house guests)

My postgraduate studies was in Environmental Assessment and Management and I interested in science, nature, the environment, movies and photography. My son is keen on Nintendo, maths, Marvel, animals and the environment as well he also play piano and enjoys athletics. (just thought some similar interests would be good)

We are mainly vegetarian, so no red meat to be prepared in the house.

As well as the bedroom you'll have routine access to the kitchen diner, where you'll have your own cupboard, fridge and freezer shelf.

There is a family bathroom with a toilet and over bath shower and an additional down stairs toilet.

There is a bus stop at the end of the road and the house is walking distance to the train or bus running to the Universities.

3 MONTH LET AVAILABLE for visiting students to either university

Would also consider a Monday to Friday let (4 nights a week) at £425 a month, items can be left in the room over the weekends.

Note: if a non-student the monthly price would need to be increased to cover council tax too.
