Pretty, sociable flat!

Hello! I’m a 36 year old live in landlady looking for a sociable, tidy and respectful flatmate to share my lovely flat with! I like a nice chat in the evening but am also respectful of others space. The flat is about half an hour walk from the town center and 10 minutes from kemptown. It also has parking if you need it. I have a very cute pet cat who is very cuddly and funny. We have a nice little balcony that overlooks the flats shared gardens and gets a lot of sun! I also have a small storage locker you can fit a few boxes into if needed. It’s just down the road from Queens Park and it’s a really nice quiet area. If you are looking for a happy flat give me a call! A cleaner comes every other week which is included in the rent too :)
