I have a lovely double room available (full term or Monday to Friday) overlooking a sunny and quiet garden in a gorgeous Victorian 3-bed house.

Big open plan TV lounge and dining area with sunny views of Brighton and a log burner for the winter.

Modern large kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine etc.) with a small kitchen herb garden to relax/have breakfast, leading into a sun-trap of a two level large decked garden.

It's only a few minutes to Preston Park station (if you commute or want to go exploring) or a hop on a bus or a short walk to Seven Dials cafes/shops and into town (to Brighton station, the shops, beach, etc.). To be honest, the house is pretty central to everywhere - Preston Park, Hove Park, plus a fab foodie pub down the road + a few local shops nearby.

The spare room overlooks a private garden - furnished with a super comfy Queen size double bed, wardrobe etc.

Rent £850 pcm (£196 per week)
+ one month's deposit

Bills included with a cleaner.

Parking Permit area A - if you have a car you'll need your own permit to park outside the house, or there's a street nearby that's free (most of the time).

You'll need to love sharing the house with a very friendly cocker spaniel ;0)
