I have a lovely double room available overlooking a sunny and quiet garden in a gorgeous Victorian 3-bed house.

I'm Gayle, owner, looking for a friendly professional who's looking for a relaxing home with myself and a very friendly spaniel.

We're only a few minutes from Preston Park Station, and close to Dyke Road to hop on a bus or walk to Seven Dials, or Preston Park to jump on frequent buses into town, shops and the beach.

This really is a lovely house to live in, and everybody always says how they feel right at home.

We have a modern large kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine etc.) with a kitchen table, and a small kitchen herb garden to relax/have breakfast in, leading into a sun-trap of a two level large decked garden.

We also have a fab foodie pub down the road + a few local shops nearby.

The spare room overlooks a private garden - furnished with a super comfy Queen size double bed, wardrobe, large mirror and small desk.

Rent £780 pcm
+ £15 per week contribution to cleaner

Bills included.

I month deposit required.

Parking Permit area A - if you have a car you'll need your own permit to park outside the house, or there's a street nearby that's free (most of the time).

You'll need to love sharing the house with a very friendly cocker spaniel ;0)
