Room available for professional person living in house in the Popular, centrally located Roundhill area of Brighton.
You’d be living with professional couple Rachel & Ben in a beautifully recently renovated period house with views our across the city. You’d also be sharing with our cat, Gordon Brown.
The room itself is a double room with a view out to the garden (and beyond). There is a double bed in-situ and plenty of room for furniture. The room is newly carpeted so nice and warm.
The house is across three floors, with all rooms completely renovated over the last 12 months. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, hob and double oven. All newly installed. There are two living areas in the house, a downstairs lounge off the kitchen and a second lounge upstairs so there is always somewhere to relax. There is a modern bathroom
With a walk in shower and a separate downstairs toilet. Out the back of the house is a lovely garden that gets the sun and unusually big for city house.
The shops of the north laines are 10 mins away and you can walk to Brighton station within 15 minutes.
The monthly rent includes most bills.
We’re looking for a professional person to share our house. So we are Ben (40) and Rachel (36) We have loved watching our home evolve over the last 12 months (despite the stress). We love running ,walking in the downs, good food, and are both self confessed neat freaks.
