Small Double With En Suite Bathroom + Parking

Hello, my name is Fred and I'm a former advertising professional turned teacher. I'm looking for a friendly, female, professional house mate to join me a spacious flat with a patio/garden. I'm initially looking at a 3 months maximum, but there is potential to extend. If you are looking to guarantee a 6-12 month stay then this isn't your best option. The rent includes all bills (water, gas, broadband, council tax).

ABOUT THE FLAT

I'm renting out the second bedroom , part of an attractive Deco building, next to Brighton University. The reason for selecting a female flatmate as a preference is down to previous experiences of renting to both males and females since 2018. In the last 7 years I've rented to 3 girls and 2 guys. As I mostly work from home, I'd like any potential flatmate to have a job which requires them to work from the office as much as possible.

The flat benefits from a private parking space in the building's garage and has an outdoor patio which is obviously a bit more fun in the summer.

The bedroom is currently furnished with a double bed, desk and chair and the en suite bathroom comes with a shower.

There's a big living area, separate kitchen and a handy third WC in the entrance hallway!

ABOUT THE POTENTIAL FLATMATE

Hoping to find someone tidy, and laid back who is up for the odd chat. Totally understand that some people just want to stay in their room on a screen etc, but I'd prefer to feel like it's more of a proper home and not student accommodation.
