I'm looking for someone to move in to my flat in Seven Dials (current flatmate leaving Brighton). It has a huge dining / living room, with sea views.
The location is excellent - 8 mins from the train station, with the high street and Churchill shopping centre just a walk down the road.
The room is a decent sized double, and comes with in-built mirrored wardrobes. My current flatmate is taking all his things so the room does come unfurnished.
I'm an events manager at an independent record label based in the Lanes. I love cooking and exercising, and I like a drink but defo not a party animal. Looking for another professional who can also enjoy this great flat!
Usual agencies apply unfortunately. Rent is £600 without bills, which usually come to around £100-150.
The tenancy officially starts on 7th June, but you could move in from the 1st if all references etc are approved by the agency. If you would like to know more or have a look around let me know
