The room is furnished with a white wrought iron bed & has wardrobe space, storage space, desk / dressing table area and drawers.
Painted cork board for pinning up pics etc.
Shared kitchen facilities ie. cooker, washing machine, microwave etc. etc.

The house is within walking distance of town centre and beach (about 20/30 minutes depending on how quickly you walk !) and is near all amenities, bus routes (Nos. 2, 18, 21, 23), the lovely Queens Park and easy access to road routes in and out of Brighton.
Rent - £ 500 per month, INCLUDING BILLS
One month's deposit required and Rent to be paid monthly, in advance on the 1st of the month.
PLEASE NOTE ~ I do have 5 gorgeous cats (just in case of allergies).
Students welcome.
No problem with people who work nights.
