Hi! For rent nice large room with its own bathroom for a girl or a couple in freshly renovated house with two bathrooms and a garden. Big and spacious :) there are 3 girls living here and all of us are working professionals age 22-27. We got nice living room to watch movies together and drink wine from time to time :) We are really easy going people so we hope you are too. No refferences needed, only deposit 600 pounds monthly. For share theres gonna be only electricity bill. Room for rent is furnished with a bed and a cupboard inside the wall and room got its own bathroom. Location is elm groove, nice quiet neighbourhood. In the house are also living baby cats and a puppy ;) Rent from 1st of October.
