I am looking for flatmate with a real interest in having a nice home. Someone mature and kind with experience in taking care of a home, to maintain the homely atmosphere that is clean, relaxing and friendly.

There is a split level sea view living room (without TV) but has office space for a monitor if you wish to be working from home.

No smokers please! (3rd floor) stairs, so suits a 'relatively' healthy person.

I love cooking and eating, live music and tea on the beach.
I am quite healthy and active. I enjoy working and life, i love being in nature. I like talking over philosophy, culture and big dinners :)
I like the occasional bottle of wine with a meal and a friend, but prefer to only drink socially outside of the house.
I like a calm place to return home to.
I don't invite strangers into the flat ( I'm sure you'd be glad to know if you were living here).
