Double room in Brighton

One spacious double room (£530) available in a friendly house share, fantastic location in Hanover (Windmill Street), just 10 minutes’ walk into central Brighton and 15 minutes walk to the train station.
Free to move in from the 27th August
Current housemates: 3 girls (Sian – Recruitment operations administrator), (Pia – Recruitment consultant), (Fed, Insurance claims handler) age 28-32, all working 9-5 professionals.
The house has four bedrooms, one of them is becoming free at the end of August and we are looking to find someone sociable and friendly (ideally in our age range). The house at the moment is very relaxed, we all cook, clean, have our own space but socialise when we’re around together and hopefully we can find a like-minded individual!

Room:
The room is a good sized double on the ground floor, close to the kitchen/living room.
Aside from the four bedrooms there is a large kitchen area which joins onto a small living room and the house comes equipped with all the essential appliances including dishwasher, oven, washing machine etc. There is a basement room if you need to store anything extra and we have a small garden, ideal for barbecues. The bathroom (shared by 3) is also a very good size.
Directly outside parking is available with a permit. The house is situated in a really lovely area of Hanover, with great pubs nearby (the Setting Sun being our local (which has been recently refurbished), Queen’s Park is a two minute walk away with a fantastic brunch place (Starfish and coffee, which won best brunch in Brighton in 2018).

Just to make it easy (and with no hidden costs further down the line), this is what the housemate would have to provide on the 27th August, followed next month by the monthly rent and bills on top which add up to around £75-£85 a month:
