- One minute walk to beautiful park (St Annes Well Gardens)
- 5 minutes walk to Seven Dials shops
- 10 minutes walk to beach
- 10 minutes walk to Brighton station / 15 to Hove
- Number 7 bus stops right outside in both directions and runs day and night
- Third floor with double glazing so not too noisy

Sharing with 2 young professionals, one engineer and one photography specialist. Clean, courteous and kind. We love all sorts of music and cooking and plants and stuff. Bills are split split three ways and are roughly 100 pounds per month.

Flat is furnished, room will not be (but basics could be provided). Decor is a bit dated, but has had new oven, fridge / freezer and washing machine in past 6 months. No waiting list for parking permits
