This is a shared Non smoking house, with myself, a resident landlady & you will be 2 lodgers. I would prefer to share with women but we are LGB friendly. The house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor (including mine). Both lodger rooms have become available.

The single bedroom will be available as of the 4th Oct. The double en-suite bedroom has just become available after over 4 years. This bedroom looks out over an internal Courtyard with a Skylight window. It will be available as of the 24th Oct.

On the ground floor you come in the entrance to a lovely big communal sitting room with the kitchen. There is also a covered courtyard additional dining and sitting shared area off the kitchen.

We have a Cooker, Washing Machine & a Microwave. The double bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom but there is a downstairs bathroom that the other 2 of us use.
We have good outside front garden space, as well as off street Parking if you were to need it. Currently the off street parking is used by a neighbour.

I (as the resident landlady) am hoping to meet women on Saturday 14th Sep late afternoon and Sunday 15th Sep late morning. If you can't make those times we could talk on WhatsApp and find another time.

My main home is in Camden but I come down regularly to Brighton with my partner and 4 and a half year old twins so you must like children.
In practice we will come sometimes at weekends and for times during school holidays.
Those of you who have already expressed interest in the small room are welcome to be considered for the double room providing you can pay for the higher rent of £750pcm.
