⁃ free parking 8pm until 9am
⁃ free 24 hour parking 10 minutes cycle away.

The flat is fully carpeted, is a smoke and shoe free home.

Rent £200 per week £30 per day including bills

The place would 'only' suit someone who has experience in taking care of their own home, not someone who is used to being taking care of by their parents.
