We are looking for a sociable and friendly housemate to share with three likeminded others in our lovely four bedroom house in the Hanover area. We would prefer a reasonably tidy professional in full-time employment (sorry, no students). The room is unfurnished and will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to move in. The house has good Wi-Fi internet connection, a large lounge, large kitchen/dining area (with lots of cooking space), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, spare room for guest/guests and paved garden. We are only a ten minute walk from Brighton Centre/Brighton train station, and there is also street parking (permit required). Rent is very reasonable at £550 pcm and bills are typically between £100- £150pm. No pets, students or couples, please.
