Beautiful, bright flat share in central Brighton!

Hello,

I'm looking for a lovely new flatmate to share my home with.

I'm 28, female and work full time Monday to Friday, so ideally I'd like someone who works full-time too. I'm pretty relaxed in terms of people; I’d prefer someone sociable who likes to hang out/have a few beers but not a crazy party person.

In terms of interests, I’m pretty sporty and like cycling and playing badminton. I’m a bit of a foodie and love cooking and eating out. Travel is also a big passion of mine (and my job). And other than that just the usual stuff; watching films, going to the pub, reading etc.

The flat is in a great location on a quietish street between Western road and Seven Dials. The room comes furnished (but can be unfurnished) and is a small double with a big window. The rest of the flat is already pretty much furnished but happy for you to bring your own things and I'm sure we can find space.

Ideally I'm looking for somebody to move in from 1st October 2019. The rent is £492.50 per month plus bills (roughly £100 per month). The deposit is one month's rent and there's no rubbish agency fees because I have a lovely private landlord.
