I'm looking for one student to share my comfortable home with me and my eccentric cat. We live close to Brighton University - it's a short walk - and very close to the 50/50U bus stop to both universities and the town centre.
The room is spacious with lots of storage and gets nice sunsets. Shared bathroom, kitchen/diner, conservatory and free parking outside.
I prefer a mature student who wants to get on with her work and this is a quiet area so would best suit a postgrad/PGCE or final year student. I'm semi-retired and work afternoons from home.
