Clean Bright Single Room. Double Bed

Single room available in very sort after location in very quiet street - close to many amenities. Lovely park. Shops near by. Great pubs. Best wine shop in Brighton just round the corner. Really useful bus link into town. Or you can walk down to The Lanes or the sea front through park or streets of Hanover. I am looking for a professional person who works regular hours and who is independant and reasonably quiet. Myself and son and the dog live here but we are not noisy. We are friendly and will hopefully make you feel welcome. Our home is a bit shabby but it is clean, warm and cosy in the winter with an open fire. The rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax
