Double room to rent in beautiful three bedroom cottage right by the beach for five months from beginning of October to end of February.

We are on the Brighton and hove border area. Amazing location. Close to town, shops and beach.

Open plan kitchen and living room. Very nicely decorated. Stylish modern look. Large garden at the back.

Both of us housemates are laid back and chilled. We are looking for a friendly, kind, laidback housemate to join us. We want to find the right person to make a happy house. Please over 30’s only.

We like music, going to the beach, bbqs, having dinner with friends, festivals, nature, the environment, going for walks etc.

Not a party house. We are looking for someone who is friendly, relaxed and nice company.

£600 plus bills which are roughly £120 pounds a month. Deposit required also.
