Room to rent in the first floor of a lovely and spacious terrace house with garden and a wooden shed, perfect to store bicycles. The room is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe, and the previous housemate had also a big TV on a shelve. Room is overlooking the garden.

Great residential area close to Preston Park railway station, near to bus stop and just off Dyke Road with easy access to the A23 and A27. Down the road, there is a coffee shop, Thai restaurant, a general store, a dentist, Tesco express, a pub, off license, chemist, etc. We're in easy walking distance of Seven Dials, Dyke Road Park and Hove Park. Preston Park is about 20 minutes away by foot.

We are currently 4 people living in the house, 2 men and 2 woman; Lea is moving out so ideally we are looking for another woman to balance the house. We are all friendly and easy-going busy people. We all experienced housemates which like to keep the house clean & tidy. The house is split into 3 floors so it doesn't feel very busy most of the time. We are looking for a friendly professional housemate who is house-trained and will respect the shared space by being clean and tidy. We have also a lovely cat living with us!

The house benefits from a large living room and a big fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, plenty of storage), fast Wi-Fi.

We have free on-street parking 200 yards/meters from the house or quick permit if you want to park by the house.

Smoking in the garden is okay.
