hello! I am moving out of my pet friendly flat after nearly 6 years of living here. I’m buying my first flat but tied into this tenancy till June 28th. I will likely move out early to mid May, so hoping if I find a tenant to take over then the estate agents will release me early.

Just a stones throw away from the beach, and also western road, yet located on a quiet private road complete with its own parking space!!
